Our luxury apartment Casa del Marisco. is located in the nowadays popular Cabanyal district.

 

Cabanyal, a former fishing village now belongs to the city of Valencia and is located on the fine wide beaches of Malvarossa, el Arenal and Patacona. The neighborhood is seen as the future hotspot of Valencia. The colorful picturesque fishermen's houses built from ceramic tiles and the village character of the district appeal to the imagination. Here you will find the authentic character of earlier times combined with the cozy atmosphere that the numerous bars and terraces entail.

 

Casa del Marisco, which literally means "seafood" is a beautiful and wonderful place to stay!

The 100-year-old fisherman's house Casa del Marisco has been completely renovated and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The apartment is fully equipped such as a luxury kitchen, beach towels and a hairdryer.

 

After a day of strolling around the city or a wonderful day at the beach, we assure you culinary evenings in one of the many cozy restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
