Cabanyal, a former fishing village, is now part of the city of Valencia and is located near the fine, wide beaches of Malvarossa, El Arenal, and Patacona. The neighborhood is seen as Valencia's future hotspot. The colorful, picturesque fisherman's houses made of ceramic tiles and the village-like character of the area are truly enchanting. Here, you can find the authentic charm of bygone days combined with the lively atmosphere brought by numerous bars and terraces.

 

Casa del Marisco, which literally means "seafood" is a beautiful and wonderful place to stay!

The 100-year-old fisherman's house Casa del Marisco has been completely renovated and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The apartment is fully equipped such as a luxury kitchen, beach towels and a hairdryer.
